Wolf (2nd grade)
Being a Wolf in Scouting means that you belong to a den of Scouts who are Wolves just like you! These Scouts are in second grade like you, and you all come together in “den meetings” a couple times a month. In these meetings you will work on the Wolf adventures, earning awards, playing games, and making fun things with the rest of the den.
Den Meetings: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month @ 6pm
Pack Meetings: Typically 4th Wednesday of the month @ 6pm
Wolf Badge Requirements:
1. Complete each of the six required adventures:
- Wolf Bobcat
- Council Fire
- Footsteps
- Paws on the Path
- Running with the Pack
- Safety on Numbers
2. In addition to the six required adventures, complete at least two elective adventures of your den or family’s choosing.
3. With your parent, guardian, or other caring adult, complete the exercises in the pamphlet entitled How to Protect Your Children From Child Abuse: A Parent’s Guide.
4. Watch the Protect Yourself Rules video for 2nd Grade, Wolf. (The video is located at https://vimeo.com/325064564 and can be watched on-line or downloaded and viewed off-line.) OR Earn the Protect Yourself Rules Preview Adventure for Wolf.
Wolf Uniform
The Wolf Cub Scout uniform has the following part 
- Shirt: The official blue uniform shirt is available with long or short sleeves and has button-flap pockets.
- Pants: Shorts, long pants, skorts, and roll up pants all are in official blue.
- Belt: Official navy-blue web belt with metal buckle.
- Socks: Official socks are available in three lengths: ankle, crew, and knee. Wolf socks have a yellow band on the top. (optional)
- Hat: Official hat red front and Wolf emblem. (optional)
- Neckerchief: Orange triangular neckerchief with Tiger logo. Official BSA neckerchiefs are the only neckerchiefs that are part of the uniform. (Provided by Pack 652.)
- Neckerchief slide: Pack 652 has a pack-specific slide (provided by Pack 652), though Scouts can purchase a BSA den specific slide at the Scout store.
